SHIP TIME

 Current production time from date of order to shipping is an estimated 1 week. We understand our customers want their handmade products sooner than later, so we strive to get items shipped within a few days of the order being placed. 

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with tracking information provided. Shipments to Canada are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority International to Canada and may not include tracking or a guaranteed delivery date.

We will exchange or replace damaged items, but we cannot be responsible for items lost by USPS. 

 EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

 Fetch for Me, Human is committed to happy customers, and we stand behind all of our dog products. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us to discuss an exchange or refund within 10 days of customer receipt date. We will answer questions and provide instructions for the return or exchange.  We will accept returns of full price, unused and unwashed merchandise within this 10 day period.

 Fetch for Me, Human reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of custom orders, items purchased on sale, or personalized items.

 The customer is responsible for return or exchange shipping charges unless the item was damaged or incorrect for some reason. Once the item is returned and accepted, a refund will be issued less the shipping costs. The refund will be issued within 5-7 business days of receipt of the return in the original payment method.
